2. The contest will run from May 15, 2008 to August 12, 2008. The deadline for entries is August 11, 2008
3. The contest sponsor is Maine Made Furniture 1180 Rt. 2 STE 3, Rumford, Maine 04276-3644, (207) 364-7677
4. The contest promoter is Down East Enterprise, PO Box 679, Camden, ME 04843
5. The grand prize, of which one set will be awarded, is a Maine Made Co. Furniture set.
6. Your odds of winning depend on the number of contest entries
7. Employees of Maine Made Furniture or Down East Enterprise, and their immediate families, are ineligible
8. Eligibility restricted to US residents (excluding Puerto Rico)
9. The winners will be selected by blind drawing, at the Maine Made Furniture offices, on Tuesday, August 12, 2008.
10. Shipping & Delivery for the grand prize winner will be provided by Maine Made Furniture from Rumford, ME
11. Any applicable taxes or gratuities are the sole responsibility of the winner(s)
12. Void where prohibited by law
13. The promoter is not responsible for corrupted entries, entries otherwise not received properly, or entries that are lost, late or misdirected. Further, the promoter is not responsible for any technical problems, including but not limited to malfunctions of telephone lines, computer networks, hardware or software, nor technical problems or congestion on the Internet or any Web site or combination thereof, nor any damage to a participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading materials in the sweepstakes
