A new Kenneth Roberts manuscript comes to light.

I spent the past three years researching the history of rum and various rum cocktails -- yes, there are publishers who will pay actual money for this, and no, I no longer need research assistants -- and at one point I found myself in scholarly need of a book of recipes by the noted restaurateur "Trader Vic" Bergeron, a book long since out of print.
So I headed to this little place I know called "the Internet," and a few clicks later found exactly what I was looking for -- Trader Vic's Book of Food & Drink, published in 1946 -- offered by a bookseller in Toronto.
