Knowledgeable garden club members will be there to assist with plant
selections and information on care and planting. Plants are labeled with

On Saturday, June 1, 2013 from 10 AM to 12:30 PM at KFL, accomplished local genealogists, experienced amateurs and experts are donating 20 minutes one-on-one help to solve your genealogy problems!

Complete the information and form (www.kennebunklibrary.org) and submit with your $20 donation to KFL, 112 Main St. Kennebunk, ME 04043. The Library opens its doors at 9:30 AM; Register now, drop-in slots may be available.

All donations benefit the KFL.

Tour Historic New England’s Castle Tucker and see nineteenth-century furnishings and decorations. Check out the sleigh and carriages in the carriage barn, enjoy rides on a horse-drawn wagon, purchase your silhouette, see the local seventh grade demonstrate croquet, and watch as they perform segments of a play written by the Tucker children.

The Orr's and Bailey Islands Fire Department will hold its 20th annual auction and yard sale on the weekend of August 10 and 11 at it's main fire station on Route 24 on Orr's Island in Harpswell. The giant yard sale of items donated by area residents will run from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. The live auction will be held on Sunday at 10 a.m., with preview and registration beginning at 9 a.m. A silent auction of donated goodsand services from area businesses will be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday and 8 a.m. to noon on Sunday.
