The Georgetown Working League is holding their 100th annual fair in 2013. Quilt raffle, handmade items,collectibles, homemade baked goods, art, crafts, books, jewelry, white elephants, childrens activities, lunch. All proceeds benefit the town.

“Ride into Summer” is a wicked tasty way to kick-off the summer season in Maine. It includes a motorcycle and bicycle “open ride” and activities, peoples’ choice pizza contest of local traditional and non-traditional pizzas, live music, and a huge fireworks display.

Experience four days of birding adventures in Maine, from boreal to ocean – warblers, puffins, and more. We offer field trips, pelagic trips, paddling adventures, workshops, social gatherings, and evening presentations. Join celebrity birders on these adventures around Acadia National Park, Mount Desert Island, and beyond. Don’t miss the dedicated PELAGIC SEABIRD BOAT TRIP, Saturday morning (June 1), out of Bar Harbor. By land or by sea, we’ll find some exciting birds for you to see.
