Chef Sam Hayward prepares his favorite lobster roll recipe at his iconic Fore Street Restaurant in Portland.

Note: Chef Hayward cooked 4 lobsters in an inch of boiling water for 7 minutes in a lobster pot, then immediately doused them in running cold water to cease cooking.
