Maine's original country rebel, Kelly Parker and the Kelly Parker Band, look to return to their Maine roots and heat up the stage this summer in Portland with a special Old Port Festival appearance on the WPOR 101.9 country stage.
 The Old Port Festival, now in it's thirty-seventh year, combines musical artists, street vendors, artists, artisans, and more in celebration of this unique and historic neighborhood situated along the Portland Harbor.
