A Women?s Awakening Art Adventure Workshop with Circle Power
Ready to take an artful adventure? (with no experience required...!)
Reawaken the authentic you and discover your inner spiritual spark!
Experience this one-day workshop for women under the gentle guidance
and direction of artist/educator Brady Nickerson, founder of "Painting
with Spirit" and life coach/facilitator Susanna Liller, owner of Ruby
Slippers, on May 16 at the Unitarian Church in Augusta between
9-4PM. The following day (May 17) these two dynamic women will offer
separate presentations of their combined passions and talents at
Midcoast Hospital's “Women's Wellness Day” in Brunswick.

"It’s time for women to own their big selves and bring that out into the
world," explains Liller. "The world needs female energy now more than
ever...so if you’re sitting at home thinking there must be something
better, - then this day is what you need to get back in touch with the real
you," she adds.
Liller, who has led women's workshops and retreats since 2000 uses the
metaphor of a circle to explain the spiritual gift that each person has
been given. According to Liller, just like Dorothy had her slippers in the
Wizard of Oz, everyone can access their divine source.
Nickerson’s intuitive and joyful "process" of painting uses color and
design to quickly connect you with your inner knowing so that you can
embrace change and transform your life.
“It (Painting with Spirit) is a sure fire way to circumvent the inner critic
and all our other defenses and get to the essence of who we are,”
according to Nickerson. “Come to experience inexplicable and
spontaneous moments of joy, inspiration and clarity!”
Workshop participants will understand the circle metaphor and how each
of us is connected to "something greater." Not only will the workshop
teach the participants four ways to use the power of the circle for
themselves, they leave with a visual painted depiction as a reminder of
their intentions for 2009.
Reservations are limited and are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Workshop fee is $100 or $85
if received by May 13. All payments must be received by May 15 for you to be registered. For more
