Penobscot Marine Museum present a workshop in the art of shadowbox making. Participants have an opportunity to examine the museum's current exhibit of contemporary marine shadowboxes, "Inside the Box: The Art of Anne-Emmanuelle Marpeau," for inspiration and ideas. Shadowboxes, also known as dioramas, are artistic scenes or tableaux presented within a glass-fronted or open box.
