In celebration of its expansive new bar and carefully selected wine list, Walter’s is offering food and wine enthusiasts the opportunity to explore the festive art of wine selection and food pairings. eff Buerhaus, Walter’s chef and co-owner, and Corey Beck, winemaker and general manager of Coppola Winery, invite diners to Buerhaus’s specially created five-course meal paired with distinctive wines from the well-respected, California-based winery. Highlights include Walter’s grilled duck breast with cipollini jam, leg confit and pomegranate demi served with Coppola’s Santé Pinot Noir; Walter’s petit filet and Maine lobster mac paired with Coppola’s Director’s Cut Cabernet; and Walter’s chocolate soufflé torte coupled with Coppola’s black label claret.
