Eve’s at the Garden and the Portland Harbor Hotel, along with partner Browne Trading Company, present their fifth annual Caviar Dinner, featuring exclusive caviars from around the world. The extravagant multi-course dinner, prepared by Eve’s new executive chef Earl Morse, showcases caviars from American spoonbill, Calvisius Italian white sturgeon, and Descieta Osetra, plus select wines will be paired with each course. The Caviar Dinner begins at 6 p.m. with a champagne reception; dinner begins at 6:30 p.m.
