This summer, the Strand Theatre offers a series of free outdoor music concert events in conjunction with Rockland’s First Friday Art Walks. The concerts take place on Friday on Winter Street and feature live music, food vendors, a beer and wine garden, and more. On the bill for August 3, is the quintet Occidental Gypsy, who are pioneering the sound of gypsy-pop.
