Chef Klang teaches guests how to prepare the perfect and effortless Thanksgiving dinner. Recipes include a classic roasted turkey, stuffing, and a few gourmet specialties. Guests  then dine on the creations paired with the vineyard's wines. This evening cooking class is great for couples as well as groups of friends who are looking for an educational, hands-on, and fine dining experience rolled into one.
