Stop Looking for WMDs
Where are they, exactly? In the desert? No. In a cave? No, but you might find a few caves within the WMDs. Before you call the authorities, take a closer look. Maine’s Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife manages 29 Wildlife Management Districts — otherwise known as WMDs — where fish, fowl and various ground-walking animals can be found in the light of day and darkness of night, no subvertive intelligence necessary.
