Arrows Wins Top Culinary Award
Clark Frasier and Mark Gaier, chefs and owners of Arrows Restaurant in Ogunquit, have been nominated many times for the James Beard Foundation Award for Excellence. On Monday, they won in the Best Chef/Northeast Category.
Started in 1992, Arrows is one of the forerunners of the sustainable food movement. The restaurant receives national attention for creating meals from the fresh bounty of its vegetable garden.
