Brennan Elected Portland's Mayor

Although the winner wasn't announced until a day after the polls closed, Michael Brenan emerged from a crowded field of fifteen candidates to become mayor of Portland. Brennan will be inaugurated on December 5. Full story at the Portland Press Herald.
