Early College Program Gets Recognition
The college preparation program Early College for ME is getting the recognition it deserves from the New England Board of Higher Education. The organization plans to hand the non-profit a Maine State Merit Award on March 2nd in Boston. Read more at the Kennebec Journal.
The program targets promising students that are undecided about higher education and assists them in a number of ways. Early College for ME offers community college scholarships, help with the college admissions and financial aid process, as well as support and encouragement throughout.
