<h3>Welcome</h3> We represent approximately 150 privately owned vacation homes, comfortable summer cottages and traditional camps in a variety of fresh and saltwater locations throughout the Mid-Coast Region of Damariscotta. Our Lakeside rentals are scattered along the shores of Damariscotta Lake, Pemaquid Lake, Biscay Pond, McCurdy Pond,Dyer Long Pond and Boyd’s Pond. Each offers a unique vacationing experience. All lakes in our region offer miles of unspoiled shorelines and plentiful wildlife. Our saltwater rentals stretch from Westport Island to the South, through the Pemaquid Peninsula and South Bristol (including the well-known summer enclave of Christmas Cove), and continue along the Atlantic coast through the Villages of New Harbor, Round Pond, Bremen on Muscongus Sound, Waldoboro, and Friendship. We also have a number of protected saltwater locations along the Damariscotta River, Pemaquid River and Sheepscot River.
