Ida, you're a marvel and don't let anybody tell you otherwise. All your tips and tricks for a successful yard sale have got me thinking that even I can host a successful yard sale. Believe me, I have three generations of collectibles collecting dust at my house and it's time to whip out the feather duster and get busy making those precious items presentable! I'll let you know just when the card tables will be out on the driveway on Robinson Street in South Portland and you can send all those dedicated hard core early birds my way! Until then, I've got to decide what to wear and how to do my hair and in what color!

The more stuff you get rid of, the more money you'll have to buy other stuff. Plus, de-cluttering is very important. That's what Caitlin tells me. She's a Feng Shui consultant. More on that later.
