La Kermesse faces uncertain future

Biddeford city officials have declared St. Louis Field, the longtime home of La Kermesse, off limits because the event caused $25,000 worth of damage last year. Organizers of the popular Franco American festival say they will have to drastically reduce the scope of the June event.
