First in Line...Again!
John Philbrook thinks the blues are "awesome." Thanks dad!
Dean Philbrook, of Bangor, comes to the North Atlantic Blues Festival every year. This year, it was time to bring the next generation - his 14-year-old son, John.
"It's awesome," says John about the festival, while being first in line to meet Patricia Wilder, and get her autograph, after her Sunday morning set ended. It's the second time he's been first to meet an artist; he displays his autograph of Saturday's concluding artist, Bernard Allison, proudly.
This isn't John's last festival, that's for sure.
"We'll be back," says dad Dean, with equal pride.
