As part of Camden's Christmas by the Sea weekend, chef Klang of Natalie's will teach guests how to make some of the traditional Dutch Christmas goodies served on Sinterklass: pepemoten, speculaas, and taai-taai. In addition to sweet treats, Dutch savory treats will be featured, including Stampot. After the class, guests will dine on the creations paired with the vineyard's wines in the loft. This evening cooking class is great for couples as well as groups of friends who are looking for an educational, hands-on, and fine dining experience rolled into one.
