Class attendees will be guided through the artistry and science of making their own wine. Cellardoor winemakers Aaron Peet and Brian Smith will share their insights into winemaking and bringing grapes to the glass and Cellardoor Tasting Room Manager CC Peet will lead an aroma identification demonstration and food and wine pairings. Attendees will be invited to return a few weeks later to rack the wine, and again later in the summer to bottle and label. If unable to return, Cellardoor staff will finish the bottling process and deliver the wine to attendees.
