Zach Claxton’s oil paintings are inspired by scenery and wildlife from the eastern U.S. Of particular interest to him is coastal Maine, which he and his wife visit annually. He has captured the lifestyle, scenery and animal life of the area. Working exclusively in oil, his style offers representative detail while leaving room for the viewer’s imagination to add final touches.
