The right to go topless is back in the news. This time the place is Ogunquit, and the bare chests belong to men.
Last April two dozen women marched to promote their right to go topless  in Maine. Now the question is whether shirtless bartenders in Ogunquit are violating state codes.
Code Enforcement Officer Paul Lempicki has told Mainestreet bar owner Normand Paquin that his pourers -- all men -- are a “health hazard.” Now town officials have asked the Maine Department of Health and Human Services whether the servers are actually violating state laws.
