And the Winner Is ...

Kelly Patrick Farrin of Azure Cafe in Freeport was named Maine Lobster Chef of the Year at Harvest on the Harbor. His winning recipe: Maine Lobster Tail on Arugula with Chive Riccota Gnocchi and Corn Milk.
