Inauguration: Echoes of 1879?

When Gov.-elect Paul LePage, the state's second governor with French roots, is sworn in Wednesday, Mainers should expect to hear the same themes mentioned by the first Franco-American governor,  Alonzo Garcelon, in 1879.
