(Camden, Maine) “Where in Maine?” is a popular monthly brainteaser from Down East magazine. And now, for the first time, the editors of Down East have selected nearly fifty of their favorite “Where in Maine?” photographs, along with fresh, updated articles in the latest book from Down East, Where in Maine? A Tour of Intriguing Places in the Pine Tree State.
Each photo and a short, tightly worded article reveal just enough hints to challenge readers into guessing the location. It is as much a beautiful photographic tribute to the Pine Tree State as it is an engaging puzzle to be enjoyed alone or with family and friends. The locations of the photographs are listed at the back of the book in case readers need help identifying the Maine location.
