Meet the Downeast Dog Scouts at the Bark For Life event in Hancock County. The American Cancer Society Bark For Life is a community event that will honor the caregiving qualities of our canine friends. It is a noncompetitive walk event for dogs and their owners to raise funds and awareness for the American Cancer Society's fight against cancer.

"The Art of the Boatbuilder and the Automobile" opens at the Seal Cove Auto Museum and features a 1913 Peugeot along with images of other skiff mobiles of the early 1900s. Also pecial guest presenter, Ralph Stanley, of Southwest Harbor, will share remarks on his boatbuilding career.

The Greg Abate Quartet will return to the gWatson Gallery for the third time. Abate is a saxophonist, flutist, composer, and educator who performs in concerts and clubs around the globe. A graduate of Berklee College of Music, Abate played lead alto in the Ray Charles Orchestra after Berklee.
