Need a wood fix? This organization’s twenty-third annual show features carvings of every kind and wildlife artists’ work in every medium. Also carving demonstrations of all kinds (even chainsaw) every hour, both days.

This lawyer turned comedian made her national television debut on Nickelodeon. Siince then she has appeared regularly on television, radio, comedy clubs, and at theaters nationwide. Comedienne Karen Morgan is hailed as Maine's funniest mom. Critics acclaim Morgan's "hilarious comedic instincts and engagingly funny delivery."  She can also be heard each week on her syndicated radio spot, The Mother Load.

This event, in its seventh year, is Maine’s only in-the-water boat show and features dozens of Maine’s most talented furniture makers, architects, and builders.

Hand-crafted gifts, books, white-elephant treasures, baked goods, stationery, jewelry, paintings by local artists, crafter’s demonstrations, food, and fun in Georgetown.

Some of this year’s events include area woods tours, educational forestry exhibits, a craft fair, and logging games where professional loggers compete with their saws.

The Fofers (rhymes with gophers) row their boats on the bay, ride their bikes down Rollercoaster Road and explore the forest, meadow and shore, befriending the wondrous plants and animals who share their island.
