A live and silent auction will be taking place on March 12 at the Herbert Hotel in Kingfield. The auctin starts at 6 p.m. The proceeds are to support the Kingfield Festival Days that takes place the third weekend of July.

You’ll find plenty of chocolate mousse (the dessert kind) and other treats on the shores of Maine’s largest lake during the Annual Moosehead Lake Chocolate Festival. Once again thirty-five chocolate chefs will prepare delicious chocolate delights — an entry fee entitles you to twelve sweet selections. For the kids, check out the special Children’s Corner with games, prizes, and foods. And don’t miss the silent and Chinese auctions.
